Stripes Convenience Stores held a grand opening celebration for its team members and customers on November 17, 2016 to celebrate its first store in San Antonio, Texas.
Stripes donated $1000 to Thomas Jefferson high school, one of San Antonio's oldest and largest high schools in the city. Principal Orlando Vera, along with members of the Mustang marching band, were on hand to receive the check from Stripes regional director Jim Evans.
The students entertained customers and guest during the grand opening festivities. Customers were treated to free lunch tacos and free refillable mugs to celebrate the new Stripes Store.
