(Corpus Christi, TX) Tuesday, June 16, 2015 - Stripes® Convenience Stores will host TWO Neighborhood and Community Summer Celebrations this Thursday! The entire community is invited to join Stripes team members at two participating locations, both parties will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015. The first party will be at 8089 W. Trimmier Road from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m., and the second party will be from 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. at 2210 E Stan Schlueter Loop.
Both events will include the Greater Killeen Chamber of Commerce, special appearances by former 1st round draft pick Dallas Cowboys Kevin Smith and the Cheerios NASCAR®, customers will have the opportunity for autographs and photos.
In addition, customers will have a chance to text to win a $25.00 Stripes gift card, play games, win prizes, and sample delicious food from Laredo Taco Company® only at Stripes Stores. Radio station Power 108 will also offer giveaways to some of the most exciting events and concerts happening in Central Texas.
This location offers Stripes Fuel which includes - unleaded, unleaded, super unleaded and diesel, a dining area which seats 40, “the beer super cooler” – a designated cooler for beer/adult beverages set to cool below 32 Degrees Fahrenheit, “the wall” – a creative space for customers to customize their cool with over 1.2 billion possible fountain combinations, as well as 7,000 square feet of fast, fun and friendly customer conveniences. Stripes Stores has added over 60 jobs to the Killeen community.
