(Corpus Christi, TX) Friday, August 6, 2015- Stripes® Convenience Stores announce the opening of its newest Stripes Convenience Store in Snyder, Texas. Stripes Stores will host a grand opening fiesta and ribbon cutting ceremony beginning at 11 a.m., Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 410 College Ave. The grand opening celebration will be held in honor of Stripes guests and will showcase the many convenient and delicious foods available from Laredo Taco Company® located in the new Stripes Store. The event will recognize local City Council, The Snyder Chamber of Commerce and members with a special appearance by the #88 NASCAR® for photo opportunity from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The ribbon cutting will also include a $1,000 donation check presentation to Scurry County 4H. The new Stripes Store has added over 30 new jobs to the Snyder community.
The entire community is invited to the grand opening celebration to sample delicious and fresh foods from Laredo Taco Company and Stripes Stores. The first 200 guests at the grand opening celebration will receive a FREE Stripes refillable mug with purchase. The new Stripes Store features Laredo Taco Company, offers Sunoco Fuel®, the official Fuel of NASCAR® and features 16 Sunoco Branded Fuel dispenser options which include unleaded, super unleaded and diesel. This location features dining area which seats 20, “the beer super cooler” – a designated cooler for beer/adult beverages set to cool below 32 Degrees Fahrenheit, “the wall” – a creative space for customers to customize their cool with over 1.2 billion possible fountain combinations, as well as 7,000 square feet of fast, fun and friendly customer conveniences.
