(Dallas, TX) Thursday, October 27, 2016 - Stripes® Convenience Stores announce the opening of its newest Stripes Convenience Store in Houston, Texas. Stripes Stores will host a grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony with the North Channel Chamber of Commerce beginning at 10 a.m., Monday, November 7, 2016 at 12557 Woodforest Blvd in Houston, Texas. The ribbon cutting will include a $1,000 donation check presentation to North Shore High School as part of the grand opening celebration. The new Stripes Store has added more than 50 new jobs to the Houston community.
The entire community is invited to the grand opening celebration to sample delicious and fresh foods from Laredo Taco Company The first 200 guests at the grand opening celebration will receive a FREE Stripes refillable mug with purchase from 8 a.m. until supplies last. Laredo Taco Company will offer FREE breakfast tacos from 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. for customers during the grand opening celebration on November 7th. Limit one taco per person.
The new Stripes Store features Laredo Taco Company, Sunoco Fuel®, the Official Fuel of NASCAR® and features 20 Sunoco Branded Fuel dispenser options which include unleaded, super unleaded and diesel, and a car wash. This location features a dining area which seats 30 inside the restaurant and an outdoor patio with seating for 20 guests, “the beer super cooler” – a designated cooler for beer/adult beverages set to cool below 32 Degrees Fahrenheit, a fountain beverage area offering a creative space for customers to customize their cool with more than 1.2 billion possible fountain combinations, as well as almost 7,000 square feet of fast, fun and friendly customer conveniences.
