Team members from Stripes® Convenience Stores participated in the South Texas Children's Miracle Network Telethon benefiting Driscoll Children's Hospital. Stripes® Stores raised over $1.4 million to benefit 13 children's hospitals in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. On Sunday, May 31, Stripes Stores presented Driscoll Children's Hospital, one of the participating hospitals, a check for more than $522,000. 100% of the funds will be used to benefit the Stripes Child Life department within Driscoll Children's Hospital. Stripes team members also manned the phonebank at the telethon and encouraged KIII TV Channel 3 viewers to donate to the South Texas Children's Miracle Network Telethon.
