Team members from Stripes® Convenience Stores participated in a career fair held at Mary Grett School, a transition school aimed to help Corpus Christi’s area youth with disabilities earn a high school diploma and receive on-the-job experience from participating businesses. Stripes and Mary Grett have partnered for almost two years, giving Mary Grett students the opportunity to learn real-world job experience at the Stripes Support Center. Students enrolled in the Stripes Mary Grett partnership learn how to work with others, learn how to meet deadlines and support day-to-day functions in the Stripes Marketing Departments as well as other areas within the Company.
