(Corpus Christi, TX) Monday, October 12, 2015 - Stripes® Convenience Stores announce the opening of its newest Stripes Convenience Store in San Marcos, Texas. Stripes Stores will host a grand opening fiesta and ribbon cutting ceremony with the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce beginning at 12 p.m., Wednesday October 14, 2015 at 3936 S. IH 35. The ribbon cutting will also include a $1,000 donation check presentation to San Marcos High School. The new Stripes Store has added over 30 new jobs to the San Marcos community.
The entire community is invited to the grand opening celebration to sample delicious and fresh foods from Laredo Taco Company and Stripes Stores. The first 200 guests at the grand opening celebration will receive a FREE Stripes refillable mug with purchase. The new Stripes Store features Laredo Taco Company and features 20 Sunoco® Branded Fuel dispenser options which include unleaded, super unleaded and diesel. This location features dining area which seats 30, “the beer super cooler” – a designated cooler for beer/adult beverages set to cool below 32 Degrees Fahrenheit, “the wall” – a creative space for customers to customize their cool with over 1.2 billion possible fountain combinations, as well as 7,000 square feet of fast, fun and friendly customer conveniences.
