(Corpus Christi, TX) Monday, April 25, 2016 - Stripes® Convenience Stores announce the opening of its first Stripes Store in Navasota, Texas. Stripes Stores will host a grand opening fiesta and ribbon cutting ceremony along the Navasota Chamber of Commerce beginning at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 27th, 2016 at 1930 State Hwy 105 E. The ribbon cutting will include a $1,000 donation check presentation to Brule Elementary School and a special appearance from NASCAR with photo opportunities from 10am-1pm as part of the grand opening celebration. The new Stripes Store has added over 30 new jobs to the Navasota community.
The entire community is invited to the grand opening celebration to sample delicious and fresh foods from Laredo Taco Company®. The first 200 guests at the grand opening celebration will receive a FREE Stripes refillable mug with purchase. The new Stripes Store features Laredo Taco Company®, Sunoco Fuel®, the official Fuel of NASCAR® and features 20 Sunoco branded fuel dispenser options which include unleaded, super unleaded and diesel. This location features a dining area which seats 20, “the beer super cooler” – a designated cooler for beer/adult beverages set to cool below 32 Degrees Fahrenheit, “the wall” – a creative space for customers to customize their cool with over 2.1 billion possible fountain combinations, as well as 7,000 square feet of fast, fun and friendly customer conveniences.
