(Dallas, TX) Monday, December 5, 2016 - Stripes® Convenience Stores announce the opening of its newest Stripes Convenience Store in Laredo, Texas. Stripes Stores will host a grand opening fiesta and ribbon cutting ceremony with the Laredo Chamber of Commerce beginning at 11 a.m., Friday, December 9, 2016 at 5102 McPherson Rd. The ribbon cutting will include musical talents performed by the Nixon High School Mariachi Band. The new Stripes Store has added over 30 new jobs to the Laredo community.
The entire community is invited to the grand opening celebration to sample delicious and fresh foods from Laredo Taco Company and Stripes Stores. The first 200 guests at the grand opening celebration will receive a FREE Stripes refillable mug with purchase. The new Stripes Store features Laredo Taco Company and 16 Valero Fuel dispenser options which include unleaded, super unleaded and diesel. This location features dining area which seats 30, “the beer super cooler” – a designated cooler for beer/adult beverages set to cool below 32 Degrees Fahrenheit, “the wall” – a creative space for customers to customize their cool with over 1.2 billion possible fountain combinations, as well as 6,000 square feet of fast, fun and friendly customer conveniences.
